1. If you received a defect item, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a defect product for up to 5 working days from the date you received it.
2. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
3. In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email [email protected] as soon as possible to let us know. We ask that you include photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
We do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
4. Returned product must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and receipt still attached as original. Discount item and clearance stock are not accepted to return. Damaged, stained or worn items will not be accepted.
5. We do not accept returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.
6. We do not accept exchanges of items due to the misunderstanding with the size guide provided as it is to be reasonably expected and acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.
7. The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
8. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer.
9. Return can only be made once per order number.
10. If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to receive the package, we will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred. We are not responsible for refunding the value of returned goods that have been refused by customers.
