Do you have physical store?

Clef Shoes does not have a physical store, but you’re welcome to visit our Facebook page or Instagram for interesting posts and stories. You’re welcome to reach out to Customer Service at +60182231173 (Whatsapp) for sizing assistance and we can confirm if your favourite style is available.

Do you accept size exchange?

Yes, we do. We accept exchanges of items due to size variance more than 0.5cm, from the size guide provided as it is to be reasonably expected and acceptable within manufacturer guidelines. We do not accept exchanges due to wrong order placement.

What is the shoes material?

We use synthetic or vegan leather, no animals were harmed.

Do I need an account to place order?

You do not need an account to place an order, however, creating an account allows you to review your order history, save your shipping information, and manage a wishlist.

How long it takes to ship my order?

Our shoes are handmade based on order. Please allow us a period of 7days for production(may take extra 1-2 days due to high volume). We will ship out your product within 14days, or even shorter.

Do you provide sizing recommendations?

Yes, we do. Please refer to the size guide.
